1. Acceptance. By using https://www.rahholdings.org (the "Site"), operated by RAH Holdings LLC ("we," "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. About us and our affiliated businesses. RAH Holdings LLC is a holding company. Each business featured on the Site is, or is intended to be, a separate legal entity that operates independently and is solely responsible for its own products, services, contracts, debts, and obligations. References to "we," "our," "family of companies," "portfolio," or similar terms are for convenience only and do not mean that RAH Holdings LLC and any affiliated business are a single enterprise, partnership, or joint venture. Unless expressly stated in a written agreement signed by RAH Holdings LLC, RAH Holdings LLC does not guarantee and is not liable for the obligations, acts, or omissions of any affiliated business, and no affiliated business is liable for the obligations of RAH Holdings LLC or any other affiliate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAH Holdings LLC and its affiliates, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or opportunity, arising from your use of or reliance on the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

12. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RAH Holdings LLC and its affiliates from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ionia, Michigan.

15. Changes. We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
